11 Items I Brought To Hawaii

Aloha from Hawaii!! I forgot how much I love it here. I’m currently in a cute little studio in the North Shore, unwinding from another day in the sun *rough life I know*.

Before I left for our trip, I got a lot of messages about how I pack for my trips and what to bring, as a lot of you are coming to Hawaii soon! I have a video coming soon about how I prep for a trip like this, but I thought I’d do a roundup of the top items I brought with me! Let’s dive into it, shall we?

1. LuvAJ Hoops
Gold jewelry is a MUST! These are one of my most worn pieces, so obvi had to bring her! So cute to pair with a swimsuit for the day + a dress at night!
2. Free People Espadrilles
Ok these are everything. I wear them to the beach, pool, my morning coffee run + even to dinner since it's pretty casual.
3. Pineapple Tanning Oil
I used to stray far, far away from tanning oils because hello, my Norwegian skin can't handle the sun as it is. And yet, this brand is my new fave! I still use SPF underneath, then lather up on the tanning oil + let the sun do its thang. I've been getting so tan + so far, no burns! Score!
4. Scrunchies
I've been living in these scrunchies here on vacay. These come in a pack of 6 fun prints + hair scarves to spice it up! The humidity has my hair looking wack, so pulled back it is!
5. A Good Read
Picked up this book out of pure curiousity. I mean hello, who knew The Devil Wears Prada had a sequel?! I need to know everything!!
6. Ray-Bans
My most-worn sunglasses ever! I get messages about these alllll the time. They go with everything!
7. Sephora Matte Foundation
At night, I opt for this foundation to keep my skin looking fab in the hot, humid weather!
8. Bikini
OMG you guys. I bought this suit on a whim..bc hi it's $17?? I thought it was too good to be true, but here we are. The top is a little big but otherwise it fits so nicely! Love the high-waisted bottoms!
9. Olay Whips SPF
The only moisturizer I brought with me! Sooo nice for morning + night. Love the SPF to keep my face protected when walking about in the morning!
10. Reformation Dress
Obsessed with printed dresses for this trip! Snatched up this fun mini dress for under $100 + love it SO much. Fits like a glove + she's sustainable!
11. Leopard Sandals
The other pair of sandals I packed. So dang comfy + love rocking these when going out to eat. Leopard is a MOOD!
